Hello, pediatric surgeons and friends,
Today is a special day for all of us: Pediatric Surgery Club turns six!
On 11 September 2020, PSC began as a one-person project with a simple idea: to create a place where pediatric surgeons could connect, share knowledge, and learn from one another. Six years later, it is a pleasure to celebrate that idea—and everyone who has helped keep it alive.
Reaching this anniversary means a great deal to me personally. Keeping PSC running takes time, effort, and persistence, but knowing that colleagues find something useful here makes that work worthwhile.
To everyone who has joined a discussion, shared a resource, answered a question, reported a broken link, invited a colleague, subscribed to a pro membership, or simply kept coming back: thank you. You are part of PSC’s story.
Over the past year, we have continued building on the resources introduced around our fifth birthday. Our weekly quizzes have continued through 2026, and the quiz collection now includes 97 quizzes. Each new quiz offers another opportunity to revisit a topic, challenge ourselves, and make learning a regular habit.
If you have not visited recently, this birthday is a good excuse to take another look!
PSC brings together three connected sites:
PSC Classic Forums — the familiar community experience, with discussions and resources collected over the years.

As we enter our seventh year, I want PSC to remain a place where a trainee feels comfortable asking a question, an experienced surgeon can share a useful lesson, and colleagues can learn from each other’s perspectives.
