Jain point is at the level of umbilicus and placed in a straight line drawn vertically upward from a lower point which is 2.5 cm medial to ASIS

Palmer's point is described as the area in the left upper quadrant 3 cm below the costal margin and in the midclavicular line

The Lee-Huang point is located midway between the xiphoid process and the umbilicus along the midline
